EMPOWERED U

Eclipse Power Yoga’s Empowered U yoga teacher training is about being up to something bigger than yourself. It is a highly sought-after, fully comprehensive, and exceptionally impactful 200-hour program.

Level-Up Your Life

Empowered U is not simply a yoga teacher training; it is an intimate and highly competitive leadership program created to empower YOU to be a powerful, dynamic, out-of-the-box, bad-ass yoga teacher. You will learn to share the power of yoga with others with authenticity, clarity, and purpose. You will leave our program ready to lead a powerful vinyasa practice to anyone, anywhere.

Because our commitment is to fully support you every step along the way in becoming the teacher you are capable of becoming, we only accept four applicants per program year.

Each training student is paired with a senior teacher mentor through the duration of teacher training and the first six months of teaching if hired.

Anatomy

Kasey

200 Hr Yoga Teacher

Kasey started yoga during a time of many difficult life changes at the recommendation and support of a dear friend. What she found was herself: her physical strength, inner voice, and the ability to center herself and guide her own path. Kasey’s career has allowed her to connect with people by teaching them how to recover from physical illness and injury through physical therapy. Helping others to discover what their body is capable of and their own strength is the most rewarding experience.

After exploring several styles of yoga, Lili eventually landed at a Baptiste studio in Seattle where she became inspired to share this powerfully transformative practice with others. Lili completed her training with Rhea Slichter and hands-on assist training with Master Baptiste instructor Lisa Black.
