CLASSES
We offer everything from Power Vinyasa to Buti to Restorative Yoga and everything in between. Our Power Vinyasa classes and teaching styles are derived from Baptiste Yoga™. Depending on the offering, our classes range from 45-90 minutes of blissful yoga magic.
What to Expect
The room is 90-95 degrees for all Power classes.* Though not sweltering upon arrival, you will heat up within the first few minutes of class. Wear moisture-wicking fabrics you can move freely in. During the practice, you are invited to challenge yourself, and take care of yourself. Drink water and take breaks any time during your practice.

Dirty Beats
Dirty Beats is a high-energy, 45-minute heated Power Vinyasa class where explicit music, breath, and movement come together for an invigorating experience. It’s the perfect opportunity to laugh, flow and let the beats take over so you can let that shit go!

Metal Beats
Metal Beats is a 60-minute, loud and sweaty Power Vinyasa class where Heavy Metal music, breath and movement come together in this unique experience. It’s the perfect opportunity to let your hair down, immerse yourself in the music and rock on!

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a powerful fusion of strength training and dynamic yoga flow, designed to build muscle, enhance endurance, and increase mobility. Using light weights, breath, and intentional movement, this class challenges your body and mind, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and energized.

Yoga Sculpt + Bands
Yoga Sculpt + Bands combines dynamic yoga flow with targeted resistance band training to build strength, stability, and mobility. This class enhances muscle engagement, deepens your practice, and challenges your body in new ways, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and empowered.

Candlelit Power Beats
This class is a dynamic, heated Power Vinyasa flow practiced in the soft glow of candlelight, with low lighting and lyric-free music to create a deeply grounding and energizing experience. Blending breath, movement, and mindfulness to build strength, enhance flexibility, our candlelit class will leave you feeling rinsed and restored.

Slow Flow
A vinyasa-style practice where poses flow with breath at a slower, more intentional pace. Slow Flow blends longer holds, mindful transitions, and a focus on strength, stability, and alignment. This class is accessible yet engaging, more active than Gentle Flow but less intense than Power Beats, leaving you grounded, centered, and lightly energized.

Gentle Flow

Somatic Sensations
Somatic Yoga is a gentle, mindful practice that focuses on slow, intentional movements to release tension, rewire movement patterns, and deepen the mind-body connection. Through breath, awareness, and subtle shifts, this class promotes relaxation, mobility, and a sense of ease in your body and mind.

Yin
Yin is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues through long-held, passive poses. With a focus on breath and stillness, this class encourages relaxation, improves flexibility, and promotes deep release, leaving you feeling restored and balanced.

Restorative

Sound Bath
Our Sound Bath is a deeply meditative experience where you are immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. As the sounds wash over you, your body and mind enter a state of deep relaxation, reducing stress and promoting inner balance.
