Experience the zen of yoga like never before with our private and group lessons, where you can bring yoga to your work setting, to your parties, or book one-on-one time with an instructor to become the master of your practice.
Private & Small GrouPS
Private instruction enables you to dive deeply into your personal practice. You will be paired with one of our seasoned instructors to guide you through sequences that focus on the areas of your practice that are most important to you. New to yoga? This is the perfect way to jump into your yoga practice. We will work together to find the right alignment for your body, and provide photos, videos, handouts, and follow-up instructions specific to you so you have the tools to continue working at home and in future classes.
We offer private classes for 1-4 people in 60-minute sessions.
Parties
We are happy to host your birthday party, bachelorette party, wedding shower, or really any special occasion! We love being a part of your special event, and can even incorporate what you’re doing into the theme and music of the private class.
Community is what we specialize in, so we’ll organize a fun, empowering experience for your group.
Corporate Yoga
At Eclipse Power Yoga, we believe everyone should have access to tools that foster mental health and well-being. Bringing these tools to your employees is key to reducing stress and anxiety at the workplace as well as fostering empowerment, confidence, and creativity. A regular yoga practice has been shown to reduce absenteeism, strengthen immunity, increase focus and productivity and increase employee morale.
Pricing
We offer rates for all different sizes of groups from one person to up to 30. Our private and small group yoga rates run as follows:
$150/hr - 1-5 people | $10 for each additional person
Want to add snacks? We can help you! Champagne & light snacks start at $5/person.
*Discounts are available for multiple sessions booked.
**Private or Group lessons must be paid in full prior to the lesson start date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy if you can no longer attend your private session. If your session is canceled 24 hours in advance, we can reschedule your lesson. Please call or text to notify us of your cancellation:
