We offer many different styles of yoga, primarily sweaty and empowering Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga. We also offer Gentle Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga + Weights, Yoga + Bands, Buti and more. See our class styles here.

All of our classes are all-levels, meaning that you could step into a Power class or a Yin class and find success on your mat. If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend our Gentle Flow as a great starting point.

Bring your mat, a water bottle and a hand towel (especially for the hot classes!). We have mats you can rent, and bottled water for purchase. Don’t forget to bring an open mind too!

We recommend moisture-wicking clothing that you can easily move around in (leave the jeans at home for this one!)

We offer everything from Power Vinyasa to Buti to Restorative Yoga and everything in between. Our Power Vinyasa classes and teaching styles are derived from Baptiste Yoga™. Depending on the offering, our classes range from 45-90 minutes of blissful yoga magic. All of classes are all-levels.
