NIKI
“Bright + Kind”
RYT 200 | She/Her
Niki’s Story
Niki is a compassionate, grounded, and deeply intentional teacher who brings both heart and expertise to every class she leads.
Beyond her yoga journey, Niki has spent many years as a dedicated stay-at-home mom. She and her husband, Matt, have adopted six wonderful children from foster care (now ages 19–32), and in 2022, they welcomed their first granddaughter. Family, connection, and care are at the center of everything she does.
Niki discovered the healing power of yoga over a decade ago, beginning her path in kids’ yoga before becoming a certified trauma-sensitive kids’ instructor. She has taught in schools, clubs, retreats, private organizations, and private sessions — always with an emphasis on empowerment, emotional regulation, and community building. Her belief in yoga as a lifelong toolkit for growth is something she carries into every space she leads.
In 2021, Niki completed her 200-hour RYT with Flowing Tree Yoga School, specializing in gentle, trauma-informed yoga. She has since found deep joy in teaching adults, offering classes that center around mindful movement, breathwork, choice, empowerment, and the practice of holding yourself with compassion.
Students love Niki for her warmth, her patience, and her ability to make you feel both supported and seen. She firmly believes that you are your best teacher — and she creates an environment where that truth feels accessible.
Yoga is healing. Yoga is connection. Yoga is joy. And Niki brings all of that and more to Eclipse.
