Melina discovered her love of yoga through activity classes during college. After graduating she followed online instructors but craved the in-person experience and sense of community. From the moment she stepped foot in Eclipse Power Yoga she felt at home. 

Melina is a 2022 graduate of the Empowered U Teacher & Leadership Development Training Program. She enjoys being grounded yet playful in her personal practice and she hopes to inspire her students to find their edge and go beyond what they thought they could accomplish, both in yoga and in their day-to-day.
