OUR CLASSES
We offer everything from Power Vinyasa to Buti to Restorative Yoga and everything in between. Our Power Vinyasa classes and teaching styles are derived from Baptiste Yoga™. Depending on the offering, our classes range from 45-90 minutes of blissful yoga magic.
What to Expect
The room is 90-95 degrees for all Power classes. Though not sweltering upon arrival, you will heat up within the first few minutes of class. Wear moisture-wicking fabrics you can move freely in. During the practice, you are invited to challenge yourself, and take care of yourself. Drink water and take breaks any time during your practice.

Just 45-minutes long, this is our popular Power Beats class in a shorter time frame, with some extra dirty music, so you can get in, meditate, feed your soul, heat your body and get on with the rest of your day with empowerment and energy.

YOGa + WEIGHTS 🔥🔥
This fusion of yoga flow and strength moves is for total body conditioning, flexibility, and mind/body creativity. Starting with a yoga flow to warm your body, this class includes a hand-weights section midway through the class, and is for ALL fitness levels.

Buti YOga
This soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive dance movement, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning gets the blood pumping to beat-blended movements forcing you out of your head and into your body.
Low-Sensory Power Flow 🔥

Yin
Yin is a floor-based class which releases the flow of energy around the body. By relaxing your muscles and holding poses for 2-5 minutes, you target deep connective tissues and can, over time, improve mobility and flexibility.

RESTORATIVE
Restorative Yoga relaxes the body from the inside out and provides balance with a cool, soft practice of being (as opposed to doing).

GENTLE FLOW
Explore gentle modifications of all your favorite poses with this grounding, slow, meditative practice. The focus of this practice is gentle stretching and short holds, combining relaxation and movement to soothe and heal your mind, body, and spirit

SOMATIC SENSATIONS
Rooted in the principles of somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, trauma-informed yoga and mindful movement, this class offers a unique opportunity to explore the intricate connections between body, mind, and heart centered awareness. Through a series of mindfulness practices, gentle yoga postures, and breathwork, participants will cultivate a heightened awareness of bodily sensations, emotions, and energy flow.
In this nurturing and supportive environment, students will learn to listen to their bodies with compassion and curiosity, inviting a deeper understanding of physical, mental, and emotional patterns while working to heal and regulate the nervous system.
