Allies's Story

Allie began her practice as yogini in 2003. After her first class, she saw yoga as an integral part of her life. Over the years she has practiced a variety of styles including Acro, Ashtanga, Baptiste, Bikram, Buti, Gentle, Kundalini, Pre-natal, Vinyasa, and Yin. Every time Allie unrolls her mat, she sees it as an opportunity to practice, begin again, and fall in love with breath and movement all over again. Practicing regularly, yoga helps Allie feel better, gain clarity, is healthier and has a deeper sense of purpose. Allie is passionate about yoga and strongly believes that yoga is for everyone. Allie is a graduate of the Empowered U Teacher & Leadership Development Training Program.
