Sierra found a free class card while grabbing coffee one day and dragged her friend along. After her first class, she knew yoga was what she had been searching for. Practice helps her feel stronger both physically and mentally. Sierra appreciates the mind-body connection that yoga can bring and strives to have every student leave feeling empowered and curious about what they can accomplish next! Outside the studio, she loves hiking, cooking, reading, and trying new things.
