Lorie came to the studio looking for a workout and found more. She has always been active and was at a point where she was looking for something different and found it in yoga and at Eclipse. Walking through the doors she felt acceptance and a strong sense of community not found at a gym. On her mat, she felt physically and mentally challenged and strong in a way that all other workouts do not provide. She found that yoga made her body and mind better, healthier, and less stressed. Lorie is a recent graduate of the Empowered U Teacher & Leadership Development Training Program. She brings a feeling of brightness and will make you feel welcome, supported, and empowered. Time off of her mat Lorie can be found outside in nature enjoying her dog and horses.
