Jessica is a graduate of the Eclipse Power Yoga Empowered U teacher training. She took her first yoga class in 2002 at Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo while serving in the US Army. Over the past 19 years, Jessica has practiced in many styles and under the direction of a variety of instructors. Over time, yoga helped her bring greater awareness of her SELF, her connection to the world, and a love of the yoga community. Her mat continues to be a place to come and begin again, in personal discovery of her body, mind, and soul. As a teacher, she is grounded, centered, truthful, strong, and helps her students feel seen, heard, and loved. Jessica also is a musician, playing at various establishments throughout the community.
