We share the sweaty, challenging, empowering practice of Baptiste Power Yoga, as the only infrared hot yoga studio on Spokane’s South Hill. Our yoga supports you showing up in your life so you can make the difference you want to make.

Eclipse Power Yoga is a welcoming, vibrant, clean and empowering family-owned yoga studio. We believe yoga is beneficial to all people, no matter age, gender, or level of mobility. We simply ask students to “Come as you are.”

INFrARED HEAT
Our infrared radiant heating panels help to provide a clean, deep, penetrating warmth, promote increased flexibility and blood circulation, which allows for enhanced stretching and detoxification.
OUTDOOR CLASSES
Replenish your energy, heighten your awareness, raise your confidence and boost the benefits of meditation with our YOGA in the WILD, Yoga in the Wilderness, rooftop and park yoga classes.
GIVING BACK
Supporting our community is one of the pillars of our mission to empower and support all walks of life. Each month, we partner with a local non-profit to raise awareness and money to strengthen our community.

Yoga in the Wild
Bring a new element to meditation and yoga as you practice in the beautifully serene wilderness of the Inland Northwest. Guided trips include a short but invigorating hike and yoga + meditation in either a panoramic viewpoint or secluded meadow.

TEACHER TRAINING
Are you held back by fear when it comes to leadership? Or interested in becoming an Eclipse instructor? Enter Empowered U Teacher and Leadership Development training. More than just a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training, Empowered U will give you the tools and confidence to become the leader of your life, so you can step up and lead others.

High School Night
Welcome Teens! Get ready to experience yoga like no other! Think black lights, glow sticks, fun music and pizza! Open to high school students. This will be a non-heated session.

LiTTLE AND ME
Have a little one in your life who always wonders what you do at the studio? Bring them along as we lead you through a fun filled class to teach basic movements and poses.
*Adults must be present and participate. Limit 2 children per adult.

Kids Yoga Summer Camp
Join us for a summer camp series where each week campers will be taught how to safely move through mindful poses and games. Snacks will be provided at the end of each non-heated session.
