Crystal started her yoga journey in college as an elective class and was quickly drawn to the physical benefits. She continued practicing throughout college and a couple years ago found Eclipse and felt she had found her community and experienced a deeper, mental and physical connection to yoga. So much so that in 2023, Crystal completed her RYT 200 Certification through Eclipse Teacher Training. As an instructor, she hopes to encourage others to deepen their practice and feel connected and a part of our wonderful community.

Outside of yoga, Crystal is a Realtor with Windermere Manito. She enjoys playing volleyball, spending time at the lake, traveling anywhere tropical and watching her three kids, Ryder (13), Henley(6), Hazel(4) participate in sports.
